Cancellations

We understand that life happens sometimes. If you are unable to attend your scheduled session for any reason, please get in touch with us via text or email as soon as possible. 

Unfortunately, a cancellation fee will be charged if adequate notice is not given. Our cancellation policy is also outlined in your service agreement. 

Cancellation within 24 hours: 100% session fee

Cancellation within 24-48 hours: 50% session fee

48 hours notice or more: No fee

No show/non-attendance: 100% fee

Non face-to-face support provision does not apply to cancelled sessions.
